Living in Ocean Hills Country Club | 55+ San Diego

Thinking about retiring or making a move to San Diego? You're in the right place.

We're Karen & TK Smith with Ocean Hills Living. Our families have been connected to Ocean Hills Country Club for 25+ years, and today we call it home. We also help people buy and sell homes here, giving us a unique perspective as residents and real estate professionals.

We believe a move at this stage of life is about more than finding the right house. It's about figuring out how—and where—you want to live your next chapter. We talk about downsizing, moving closer to family, 55+ living, finding community, and creating a life you're excited to move toward.

We'll show you how that plays out here in OHCC—with home and community tours, floor plan guides, everyday life, and an honest look at who OHCC may—or may not—be right for.

Considering a move to San Diego or wondering if OHCC is right for you? We'd love to help you figure it out.
