Kallee Marshall

I’m Kallee, a Dietitian & Registered Provisional Psychologist.

For 21 years, I dealt with TMJ, headaches, right sided body pain, IBS & sensory issues daily, without answers. In the diagnosis & treatment of ADHD, these issues improved and I found better information.

This pain helped me explore my pain as a people pleaser & in becoming more assertive, I realized how hard it is for women to set boundaries in their relationships.

As a woman who loved love, I tried to create a healthy marriage by following the advice of relationship experts. I am now divorced & in this transition, I grappled with a loss of meaning & mattering.

My worldview is shaped by growing up in construction, in being married to a man who was in the military for most of our relationship & in noticing it’s easier for women to be assertive & liked in bigger cities, with less traditional values.

My content focuses on ADHD & chronic pain, women's issues, boundaries, Emotion-Focused Therapy & nutrition for ADHD.
