Nutritionist Online - Nutrisoriano

Thank you very much for visiting my channel!! 😊

My name is María Jesús, I am a Dietitian - Nutritionist and I have created this channel with the aim of helping you understand what nutrition is like 🥦🍋🍏, how your body works and how your mood can affect when it comes to achieving your goal .

Since I finished my studies I have helped many people to feel better, and above all to achieve their goals in a healthy and lasting way 😊

A year and a half ago I decided to open a channel where I can share healthy recipes to provide healthy and delicious options, because eating healthy is not boring and "Cooking with Health" is what I want to convey.

But this year I realized that many doubts always arise when it comes to caring for and improving our diet, and much more when it comes to achieving a weight loss goal, and that's why I created this channel to solve all doubts about nutrition 👩 ‍⚕️

Subscribe!! I would love to be your Online Nutritionist and help you in any way I can.
