Welcome to Nourish with Tania: Healthy Recipes & Wellbeing.  

Hi, I’m Tania - I live in Yorkshire near the Dales.  Here I share my own journey with health, wellbeing, lifestyle, simple healthy recipes, easy cooking demos and gentle nutrition tips for real life. 

My personal journey began after my own experience of menopause symptoms, IBS and gut sensitivity, and Raynaud’s. 

I studied with the IINHC and graduated in January 2026 as a Nutrition and Health Coach.  I am a member of the UKIHCA (UK & International Health Coaching Association).
