Mandi Pimental (Nosh and Nurture)

Welcome to my new series, Nurturing The Mother. As a mother of two I know what it can feel like to devote your heart and soul to the little ones who call you mama. Through years of  my own trauma, our worldly collective trauma we all endured and the daily stressors of woman and motherhood, I realized that fluffy, surface-level self care isn't what we need. 

There is an aching for something more and our burnout, chronic illnesses and anxiety levels are proof. As I increased my time with God, worked on nervous system regulation and finding body movements that brought safety, I felt pulled to shine my light on a little corner of the internet that could help other moms find a little healing and calm too. 

Join me each week as we explore scripture, breath, movement and more to help lighten our load and make us show up better for the people we're so blessed to love.
