The Normal Sized Church (with Rev. Chad Brooks)

I'm Chad Brooks. I have worked in ministry for over 20 years in all sorts of sizes. After nearly a decade leading a growing, healthy church plant, I'm now the congregational vitality strategist for the Louisiana Conference of the United Methodist Church. I've also stewarded the Productive Pastor Community for the last 10 years.
