Fabian Ronnie Armenta, Jr

Sharing my some of my favorite workouts & fitness tips as well as results. I’ve played sports and competed in martial arts most of life. From my adolescence years through college, I’ve participated in Tae Kwon Do, Football, Wrestling, Track and Field, Jiu Jitsu as well as MMA, I want to share what works for me and helps keep me motivated!

Track & Field: High School Level (4 Years)
Football: High School Level (4 Years)
Wrestling: Collegiate Level (6 Years)
Jiu Jitsu: Strive Jiu Jitsu and Fitness Academy (13 Years)
Tae Kwon Do: Torres Pacific Coast Martial Arts (7 Years)
MMA: Team Stockton TPCMA (2 Years)

I’m no professional athlete but I’ve been a coach and mentor for the majority of my life. I realized midway through college my specialty was in supporting people reaching their full potential.

Subscribe to my Page and see what keeps me fit in the midst of being a Husband, Father of Six, Business Owner and holding down a demanding career.

Much Love!
