naomi gale

I'm a reasonable woman in an unreasonable world, working out what it means to live in a society that asks me to bypass my own needs.

I sold the conventional life to build one of my own. This channel is that story as it happens: tending to my pelvic health, home educating my children, and building a life that's truer to who I am while dancing in and around the system. Not an escape. A return to my own breath, to a pace that works for us, and to presence.

Nomad. Nest. Hearth.

I'm a holistic pelvic health practitioner, a home educating mother, a craftswoman and an author. Expect long-format, unpolished conversations on slow living, embodied parenting, the body, and what it actually takes to live differently, not just admire it from a distance.

In between, you'll hear Ground Floor, my podcast on vaginismus and pelvic health. The nomestia podcast and BARE-ly Curious, a naturist podcast.
