Nikki Walsh

Hi, I'm Nikki Walsh ♿️💪🏼 I've loved fitness and have been a personal trainer since 2014. In 2018, a car accident left me with a T2 spinal cord injury, paralyzed completely from the chest down. After months of rehab, I returned to strength training in late 2019, and rebuilding my body after paralysis changed my perspective on fitness forever.

I'm a T2 paraplegic, personal trainer, nutrition & wellness coach, and co-founder of Wheel With Me Adapt Fit.

Here you'll find:
• My fitness journey
• Wheelchair life, transfers & accessibility
• Disability education & honest conversations
• Mindset, confidence & wellness
• My journey to walk down my wedding aisle in KAFO braces
