Welcome 🏡 I'm Nikita Franklin — a Dayton native and full-time Realtor® with TG Real Estate, helping homeowners across Dayton, Montgomery County, and Southwest Ohio sell their homes and move up to what's next.

Every week I break down what's REALLY happening in our local market — Kettering, Centerville, Beavercreek, Oakwood, Miamisburg and beyond — so you can make a confident decision about your most valuable asset. Real numbers, no hype.
