My name is Nicole Corbett, and I’m a licensed therapist in Washington state offering virtual sessions for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

My work is rooted in a holistic, trauma-informed approach, supporting clients in understanding their patterns, regulating their nervous system, and creating meaningful, lasting change. I draw from modalities such as EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic practices to meet each person where they are.
I am passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered in your healing journey.
