Nicola Zena | Soothing Sounds & Cinematic Calm

Enchanting, cinematic soundscapes and poetry for calm, sleep, and reflection.

Nicola Zena is a composer and audiovisual artist with over thirty years weaving sound and image into magical, immersive worlds. This channel is home to Consciousness Tuning™, her evolving series of ambient soundtracks, alongside original poetry and film — each piece its own world: somewhere to rest in, return to, and lose yourself inside. Created to calm the mind, aid sleep, and reconnect you with nature, planet, and self.

Received internationally and supported by Arts Council England over thirty years, her soundtrack work won the Czech Radio Award at the Prague One World Film Festival. Recent pieces include Enchantment, a film, animation and music re-scoring of Tchaikovsky, screened at BALTIC Cinema, and Majestic Star, born from the pandemic, sending healing energy to nature, the planet, and its people.
