Nick Frattone - Unmasked

I am sharing my story on the continued journey of remembering who I really am, so others remember who they really are and together we can co-create a more loving, connected, joyful and beautiful world. The best thing we can all do for ourselves and the world is to be our authentic selves. My channel features solo podcasts, interviews as well as original poetry, all inspired by life experiences. The main focus points deal with the process of overcoming that which holds us back from living fulfilled lives. For me, my largest obstacles have been low self worth, addiction, mental health (being out of alignment), and codependence. Our greatest struggles can turn into the most impactful gifts we can share with the world. It's our choice. On the other side of fear lies love, connection, abundance, discovery and trust. After a life spent mostly hidden, this channel is dedicated to the discovery of truth within, because that's all there really is. Glad to have you on the journey with me.
