New Hospitality Solutions

Welcome to New Hospitality Solutions (NHS), where we're creating space for hospitality to shine.

We believe hospitality is more than an industry. It's how we welcome people, solve problems, build trust, and create experiences worth remembering.

NHS helps hotels, restaurants, retailers, and other customer-facing businesses strengthen service, improve guest satisfaction, develop teams, and connect customer experience to business performance.

On this channel, you'll find Read Between the Stars, where we look beyond ratings and reviews to discover what businesses do well and where they can improve; candid conversations about leadership, technology, and the human side of service; and practical insights from our Host Hearted™ philosophy.

We'll also share the journey behind NHS Consulting, NHS Properties, and Simply Savory as our ventures grow.

Every business is a host. Serve every guest like they were invited.
