Neural ADHD Flow Lab

Neural ADHD Flow Lab is a space designed for the uphill battle of finding focus. We struggle with ADHD ourselves—constant distraction and multitasking. That’s why we created a space for people like us.

We don’t just dump music. We engineer 432Hz soundscapes to get wired brains into a deep flow state. Think of it as a craft - we use generative tech but stay old-school about the final output.

Our process:

1. We use Mubert & AIVA for the bones, then layer in organic textures and deep brown noise to create a "sound cocoon" that blocks out distractions.

2. We re-tune every session in Audacity. 432Hz feels warmer and easier on the nervous system than standard 440Hz.

3. We bake in hypnotic arpeggios that act as an external metronome, helping ADHD brains with time perception.

4. 4K cinematic visuals with slow-scale dynamics to ground your eyes without overstimulating them.

If the tempo is off or you need more "oomph" in the bass, let us know in the comments. Let’s get to work.
