Neon vs Now

Remember when "going online" didn't exist, a busy social network meant hanging out at the local arcade, and the ultimate test of patience was rewinding a cassette tape with a pencil?

Welcome to Neon vs Now, where we step into a time machine to explore the fascinating contrast between life in the 1980s and the world today. The last few decades have completely rewritten how we work, parent, play, and connect. But instead of just talking about the past, we let you see it.

Using high-quality 3D animation, we meticulously recreate the forgotten spaces and daily routines of yesterday—from the glow of heavy CRT TVs to the rush of answering a landline before the caller hung up. We build these digital worlds from scratch for an immersive, side-by-side look at how society has evolved.

Whether you want a hit of pure '80s nostalgia or you're a digital native wondering how we survived without smartphones, hit Subscribe to render the past, frame by frame.
