My name is Tracy, and I am a certified ecotherapist who helps others reduce anxiety, enhance healing, and reclaim resilience through nature-based practices. This channel was created to allow you to explore many simple, proven nature-centered practices that you can integrate into your self-care practices to experience more health, peace, connection, and belonging.

My work is guided by extensive study of scientific research and traditional (Indigenous) ecological knowledge and wisdom, as well as intuitive guidance, wilderness rites of passage experiences, empathic gifts, and an MS in Environmental Studies.
