Nature Inspired Meditation

Nature Inspired Meditation puts together guided meditations, relaxation videos that we love to make.  We have been creating these meditations and relaxation videos for a while now for our own personal use, but now, we have decided to share them on YouTube in hope they can help someone else. For us, the meditation and relaxation videos have the purpose to uplift, relax after a long day, or at any time at all. 

This channel also provides different forms of relaxation activities, such as breathing exercises, positive affirmations meditation, and mindful art activities. Those activities are available to help with relaxation and also self-care. Our hope is that anyone in need of relaxation, and wanting to wind down, can find in this channel some form of meditation or relaxation that they enjoy doing, and as a result, aid them to relax their mind, body, and soul.
