Nature Affairs for human growth

Our project aims to bring wellbeing in the form of mental, emotional and physical health to people, with the help of horses and dogs in a nature environment.
To achieve this, we use horse assisted therapy and interventions using Método Kiron®, dog assisted interventions, systemic constellations, mindfulness, sound therapy, art therapy, aromatherapy, forest bathing, breathing techniques and mindful eating. 
We are located in Parque Natural da Arrábida, a 30min drive south from Lisbon in Portugal.
