Natasha Ramlall | Humanist Coaching

I'm Natasha, an Embodied Integration Coach and Conscious Facilitator.

I work with brilliant, self-aware people who are used to figuring things out—but who have reached a point where insight and willpower aren't enough to create the change they want.

Here, I explore the relationship between our minds, bodies, emotions, identities and the stories we carry about ourselves—and what becomes possible when we learn to listen to the whole of our experience.

We’ll talk about self-trust, authenticity, identity, relationships, major life transitions, embodiment, emotional patterns, the tension between obligation and desire, and what it means to create a life that actually feels like yours.

My work is grounded in the belief that we often have access to more wisdom than we realize. The goal isn't to become someone else. It's to become more fully yourself—and develop the self-trust to live accordingly.

If you're ready to move from self-awareness to self-leadership, you're in the right place.
