TrueCourse Biosciences

TrueCourse Biosciences (formerly NanoImaging Services) is a premier structural biology CRO founded in 2007 by Bridget Carragher and Clint Potter, two of the most recognized pioneers in the cryo-EM field. We offer both cryo-EM and X-ray crystallography, giving clients the flexibility to match the right method to each target.

Proteos, founded in 2003 and now a wholly owned subsidiary of TrueCourse Biosciences, brings deep expertise in recombinant protein production, including complex membrane targets like GPCRs, which account for over a third of all FDA-approved drugs. Proteos also offers SPR and BLI for binding kinetics characterization.

These capabilities allow TrueCourse Biosciences to deliver a seamless gene-to-structure workflow, from construct design through structural data collection and model building.
