50s, self-sufficient and living in the countryside

Retired early from the company at age 50. Moved to Noto, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan in April 2020.
Started living in the mountains with the goal of becoming self-sufficient.
Time passes differently than when you are in the city.
The scenery changes little by little every day.

Mountain scenery, weather, crops, food, hunting, fishing, and life with chickens.
