My Strongest Years - with Krisztina

I used to be a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Then I stopped living like one.

After years of being mostly sedentary, I'm rebuilding my body in my 40s with one big goal: stepping on stage at my first bikini bodybuilding competition.

I'm combining what I already know about training and nutrition with the very real experience of starting over: rebuilding lost strength, adding muscle, improving my habits and finding out what my body is still capable of.

I'm documenting the entire process. The workouts, food, science, mistakes, progress, setbacks and eventually, my first competition prep.

But My Strongest Years isn't really about becoming a bikini competitor.

It's about a bigger question:

What if our strongest years are still ahead of us?

If you're a woman over 40 who wants to get stronger, build muscle and feel capable in your body again, you're in the right place.
