My Menopause Transformation / Dr Wendy Sweet (PhD)

When we become worried about our changing health, it can feel like a mine-field of information and it’s hard to know where to start. That's what I want to help you with.

Hi, my name is Dr Wendy Sweet (PhD) and I am a Women’s Healthy Ageing Researcher from New Zealand, and the Founder of My Menopause Transformation. My goal has always been to help women translate the menopause and healthy ageing science into practical lifestyle changes that they can fit into their daily lives.

Over the last 10 years, I have supported over 18,000 women to turn around their symptoms and weight using scientifically evidenced lifestyle changes. And the message I continuously here is ‘wow, it makes so much sense. This information is life-changing!’

Where to start:
- Take the MyMT™ Symptoms Quiz. Over 500,000 women have benefited from this quiz and my video explaining their symptoms.
- Watch the Masterclass on Menopause and Beyond
