Mylène Cave · Fine woodworking · Marquetry art

Awarded the 2025 Gold Medal by the Académie des Arts Sciences et Lettres de Paris, Mylène Cave is redefining contemporary wood marquetry through an artistic and innovative approach.

Her works, presented at the Expo 2025 Osaka, the Milan Design Week, and Packaging Première, explore the application of marquetry across a wide range of materials—wood, leather, metal, textiles, and even 3D-printed surfaces.

From exceptional furniture to electric guitars, from object upcycling to pregnancy ultrasounds, her work embodies a form of luxury that is responsible, sensitive, and bold.

She creates unique pieces, exclusive collections, and bespoke projects for collectors, interior designers, and high-end brands, while also supporting professionals through subcontracting partnerships.
