Jennifer Neilson, Purpose, Mindset, Identity Coach

I help capable women who are exhausted from holding it all together quiet the noise in their heads, know who they are, and live like the women they were created to be.

Through practical mindset tools, neuroscience-informed practices, identity and purpose work, I help women create more calm and confidence, make decisions without constantly second-guessing themselves, and build a life that actually feels like theirs.

I’m Jennifer Neilson, an award-winning Purpose, Mindset & Identity Coach, speaker and founder of My Lead Advantage. I bring 30+ years of HR and leadership experience, have trained 30,000+ leaders, coached hundreds of women, and spoken at DisruptHR and SAS’ Women in Analytics. In 2022 and 2023, I was named one of Raleigh’s Top 15 Coaches.

I created this work from the tools and practices that helped me find my own way through after learning how to quiet the noise, trust myself, and find my way back to who I was. The tools I teach changed my life and I love sharing them.
