Myekraz Nutrition, wellness and fitness

Hi there! I'm the voice behind Myekraz, where my journey through biochemistry and positive psychology transforms into your guide for a balanced, joyful life. Delving deep into biochemistry, I've always been mesmerized by how the right nutrients can literally change the way our bodies function. But it didn't stop there. My curiosity led me to explore positive psychology because, what we feed our mind is just as crucial as what's on our plate.

Here, I bring you the best of both worlds. With a solid foundation in the science of nutrition and a heartfelt belief in the power of positivity, I'm here to share knowledge that’s not only accurate and reliable but also welcoming and easy to understand. Think of me as that friend who loves to dive into the science of things but in a way that feels like we're just chatting over coffee.

My goal? To empower you with the tools you need to make informed decisions about your health, with a sprinkle of positivity to keep you motivated along the way.
