BNB Accelerator | Short-Term Rental Acquisition

BNB Accelerator helps investors find, underwrite, negotiate and acquire Airbnb and short-term rental properties. We've helped 300+ clients close on 500+ STRs across select U.S. markets.

On this channel, Nicholas Korom and the team break down how serious STR acquisition actually works: market analysis, underwriting, financing, negotiation, operations, design, and real deals we bought and passed on. We review a high volume of properties and move forward on only a small percentage. Here you'll see the numbers, assumptions and risks behind each decision.
