Beth | My 600 Pound Journey

Welcome! I'm Beth, and this channel is my commitment to showing up—one step at a time.

I'm documenting my daily walking journey, sharing the victories, the setbacks, and everything in between. No filters. No pretending it's easy. Just real progress and the determination to keep going.

Wherever you are on your own journey, I'm glad you're here. Let's keep moving forward—together.

If you've ever felt like your goal was impossible, I hope my journey reminds you that every step counts and that it's never too late to start.

You'll find Shorts, honest updates, milestones, and encouragement.
