myHappymind

NHS-backed, science-based wellbeing and inclusion programmes that teach children how their minds work, so they can build the habits, language and tools to thrive.

myHappymind supports children from early years through to secondary, across schools, early years settings and families. We are built on a simple belief: prevention is more powerful than cure. Wellbeing should not be reactive, it should be taught.

This channel is for everyone who shapes a child's wellbeing: headteachers, teachers, PSHE and RSHE leads, SENCOs and inclusion leads, parents and carers, and the NHS and local authority commissioners investing in prevention.

You will find practical ideas, real stories from schools and families, and the evidence behind a whole-school, preventative approach, grounded in neuroscience and positive psychology.

NHS-backed. Award-winning. Loved by schools. Used at home.
