MVMT Physical Therapy

Hey, we are David (scientist) and Anastasia (physical therapist). We run our own physical therapy clinic in Durham, NC. This channel is for the business and our hobbies that directly relate to physical therapy - Latin dancing, power lifting, and sometimes other sports such as ice skating. We also enjoy food and traveling to different places for dance events, so you’ll see videos of the great food and classes we’ve explored. 

MVMT Physical Therapy is our private practice specializing in restoring function through a blend of patient-tailored movements and supplemental education using the McKenzie Method. Our core belief follows the thought behind the name of the business – movement is the best healer.

MVMT exists because our passion to not only help people to heal their present injuries, but to teach them how to prevent further injuries and safely reach their goals.
