MUSIC vs. WEIGHT

**Can music tip the scales?**

I'm Pavel, 65, and I've started an unusual personal experiment.

I created music based on characteristics of my own voice. Now I listen to it every day, track my weight, and pay attention to how I feel.

Every week, I'll share a short video of my weigh-in and an honest update on how things are going — whether my weight goes down, goes up, or stays exactly where it is.

I'm not claiming that music can make anyone lose weight. That's one of the questions I'm exploring.

And although I'm 65, curiosity has no age limit.

No miracle promises. Nothing to buy. Just a real-life experiment, one week at a time.
