Mission Statement: The Greater Tompkins County Municipal Health Insurance Consortium is an efficient inter-municipal cooperative that provides high-quality, cost-stable health insurance for members and their employees and retirees.

Vision Statement: The Greater Tompkins County Municipal Health Insurance Consortium provides its municipal partners in eighteen counties within the geographical boundaries of the Counties of Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Chemung, Cortland, Livingston, Madison, Monroe, Onondaga, Ontario, Oswego, Tioga, Tompkins, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, and Yates, a menu of health insurance plans to the benefit of the employees, retirees, and their families.
