Josh Harrigan

Hey guys!
I'm starting this channel to mainly v-log about health, fitness and body-building! but there's always room for messing around and having fun! I'm going to track my progress on my journey to my first physique competition and beyond. It's going to keep me accountable and hopefully inform and inspire a little bit as well!
any questions don't hesitate to comment.

Thank you for taking the time to view my channel
Josh
