The Mobile Rescue Center SES of Ukraine 

The Mobile Rescue Center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine is a professional state emergency rescue service. It is subordinated to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
The MRC of the SESU is designed to implement measures to protect the population and territories in case of fires, dangerous events and emergencies of man-made, natural and military nature, prevention and response to their occurrence, participation in territorial defense and anti-terrorist activities, as well as in international rescue operations.
