 "Club Clear 2 Close"

Welcome to Club Clear 2 Close, where mortgage talk trades the jargon for plain English and every dream gets a blueprint.

I'm Frank Burks II, a Certified Mortgage Advisor with 25 years in the game and $150M+ in funded loans across Middle Tennessee. I've sat at a lot of kitchen tables, and I've learned the keys to a home open more than a front door. They open generations.

Homebuyers and investors: your first place, your next step up, or your next rental, we break down FHA, VA, USDA, down payment assistance, DSCR, Non-QM, and construction loans so you walk in with a plan, not a prayer.

Agents, builders, and partners: real talk on growing your pipeline, building your brand, and closing more deals without losing your sanity.

Answers served straight, no chaser. The same advice I'd give my own family. Pull up a chair. The club is open.
