Hi, I am Mike, and I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I offer telehealth services in Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont. I have extensive experience treating adults dealing with infertility, perinatal issues, ADHD, OCD, life transitions, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression and more.

This channel is meant for everyone: therapist, patients, providers and more.

Therapy can help all types of people, and this channel is here to support you every step of the way if you decide to get mental health support or if you need a laugh due to your job being stressful and needing that online validation.

As your real and fully licensed internet therapist, I look forward to helping you find real therapeutic solutions for real everyday problems and to have a few laughs along the way as therapy can and should be fun.

And while it will focus on mental health and therapy, I might also talk about other topics I find enjoyable.
