Amber Shields, MS | Sila Performance

Strength and movement coaching for real life. I'm Amber, founder and head coach of Sila Performance in Jacksonville, FL. This channel teaches you how to move well, feel better, and build strength that lasts.

Everything here is built on the Sila Method, my whole-package approach to reaching your fitness goals:
• Form coaching so every rep counts
• Working through aches and old injuries, not around them
• Mobility that carries over to real life
• Nutrition, habits, sleep, recovery, and stress management

You don't need to be an athlete. You need a plan that fits your body and a coach who explains why it works.

About me: MS in Exercise Science, CSCS, NASM-CPT, PN1, and current PhD student in Exercise Science. I coach in person at Ironhouse Gym in Jacksonville.
