Move With Shanel - Move Better, Feel Better

Welcome to Move With Shanel!

Hi, I’m Shanel, a yoga and meditation teacher dedicated to helping you use yoga as a tool to live better in real life. Plus learn some really cool moves on the yoga mat along the way too.

Through accessible, dynamic flows and mindfulness practices, I aim to show how yoga can improve both your mental and physical well-being, so you feel more balanced, energised, and resilient in your day-to-day.

Whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice, my videos are here to support you on and off the mat. Let's move, breathe, and grow together!
