I'm a professional dancer & choreographer and here you can follow my movement journey.
I share exercises and tips for better alignment, strength, and stretch.
I aim to connect the mind and body to create a healthy movement understanding.

A little bit about me: 
I started my path with rhythmic gymnastics and then continued with ballet - studying at Vaganova Ballet Academy in St.Petersburg. Upon graduation, I joined SPBT Theater touring worldwide with a broad classical repertoire. 
As I started to feel a bit stuck, I decided to study contemporary dance at the University of Frankfurt. Here I worked with different choreographers, participated in interdisciplinary projects, and learned various movement techniques and approaches.
Since then I've been based in Frankfurt and work as a freelance dancer, choreographer, teacher and movement coach.
