Kayla Mags

Welcome to MoveswithMags, where we work hard and still eat the pasta.

I’m Kayla, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and this is the fitness channel for women who are done with the all-or-nothing approach. No guilt. No six-day-a-week grind. Just real workouts, real food, and an actual life.

My husband Kevin is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who will bring the science to everything g we do here. Together we create 30-minute workouts that are actually built around how your body works, not just what looks like a good thumbnail.

New videos every week. Come move with us.
