Can't get to the virtual mat in time to join a class or to the studio (post lockdown!,) or you want to keep moving while travelling? We've got you covered! We've captured all our live streaming lockdown classes so that you can move on a whim & at your convenience. Classes incorporate a Pilates, Yoga & Primal Movement to teach good movement & encourage regular movement-2 of the pillars of wellness! HIIT is 30mins of high intensity interval training to ignite your metabolism & oil your joints! Classes are generally mixed ability & for uninjured bods, especially HIIT. In HIIT options are given for a level 1/beginner version of every exercise, so it's accessible even the unfit and uncoordinated! Our library is evolving & with time we will categorise videos to cater for specific workouts, like glute strength or shoulder stability. But for now most classes are a mix of strengthening & flexibility work, which is really great as you get a pretty thorough workout in each session :))
