MoveMeant Embodying Sacred Texts

A Spiritually-infused embodied journey exploring our connection with ourselves, with community, and with the divine. Today more than ever we feel restricted in our physical spaces and challenged with our own physical being, our body and our vessel. As we continue to adapt MoveMeant to diverse online settings, we  are offering a short embodied experience of intentional movement, combined with Jewish song and sacred music. We offer any of the following experiences:
A 15-minute physical awakening and body connection experience, combining live sacred music with uplifting intentions and guided movement to Jewish congregations and organizations.
An online 30-45-minute Jewish or spiritually embodied workshop integrating mindful movement, meditation, live singing alongside diverse themes, such as embodying Peace, Embodying Light, and various other time-specific adaptations. “We have a Holy Body not less than our Holy Spirit.”
