MOVEability

It is not always easy to access exercise, especially if you have limited mobility or are housebound, and we believe that no-one, regardless of age or ability, should be excluded. MOVEability online seated chair exercise and dancercise classes and on-site seated chair exercise classes are specifically aimed at those with limited mobility, seniors and those who have been sedentary and want to ease back into exercise.
