MOVE-Fit  Active Solutions Recreation Therapy  

I've been a Recreation Therapist for 7 years.  I've worked in long term care and in a community setting with Seniors and the physically disabled.  I have created this channel to be able to share my workouts and philosophy with my clients and give them another opportunity to exercise with me throughout the day on their own time.  
     We use balance, strength and motor skills to keep us moving.  Remember, you have heard me say many times. "A body in motion, stays in motion".     Please use and enjoy these recordings safely.
