Montessori House for Children & Elementary School

Montessori House for Children, founded in 2006, is a successor organization to the Nelson family’s Lakeview Montessori School in Sugar Land, TX. MHFC & Elementary School is a private, non-sectarian school with an international clientele, educating students aged Toddler through Elementary (18 months to 12 years). 

The school is affiliated with the American Montessori Society as a Verified School of AMS Pathway of Continuous School Improvement, requiring all Lead Guides to hold Montessori credentials (from a MACTE-accredited training center) at the level(s) they are teaching.

Our community includes around 150 students from over 30 countries, serving families in Katy, Richmond, Fulshear, and surrounding Houston areas.
