MommaStrong

MommaStrong knows that it's easy to sign up for fitness programs, but hard to start. Our YouTube channel is for you if you're a mom (pregnancy through menopause) who needs some help with getting stronger while also dealing with weird body stuff. It's also for you if you are a pro-procrastinator. High five.

Here, you can grab FREE "Jump Start" programs that include 5 minutes a day for 5 days. We tie each Jump Start together with a theme, so you can get some education on your body in there too.

Our paid membership program is available on our website. You can sign up for $5 or $12 or $20, which means it's totally on your terms as to what you can afford. BUT, you get access to everything (even the fancy app) no matter what you pay. Not only do you get NEW daily workouts, but you get specific help for all sorts of aches/pain/conundrums and everything is targeted to different phases of motherhood, from pregnancy through menopause. Basically, it's your new fitness home.
