ModusDapp

Modus aims to revolutionise the way real estate developments in the UK are funded.
By harnessing the power of blockchain technology to create a fully decentralised, secure, and
automated platform; we wish to bring affordable, safe, and secure opportunities to the
 masses.

Our aim is to foster a community of members that benefit from extensive range of exclusive real
estate development opportunities not otherwise accessible on the open market. In order to achieve
this, a token tier system has been created to allow the most diverse and
maximum number of participants. Distinctly, demonstrating our founding principle of
democratising opportunity for all. As our community grows, Modus will continue to list
more real estate development opportunities to choose from in order to keep up with
demand.
