Modita van Zummeren English

I am Modita van Zummeren, originally a medical doctor, but now I am fully dedicated to facilitating Osho Meditations, Family Constellations and giving the Japanese Therapeutic Face massage.
I have also written a book about how to come out of depression with consciousness (and without medicines): 'Depression, a Stepping-stone towards Bliss'.
Meditation is the core of everything I offer.
Right now I am writing a book about eating disorders: 'Hunger for Fulfilment'.
The clips I share can inspire and motivate you to rest, to move, to be creative, to relax deeply and to experience joy in life and depth.
My offer:
* Osho Meditations
* Meditation Retreats
* Meditation in everyday life
* Family constellations (individual and in groups)
* Japanese Therapeutic Face massage
