MMP Presents: The Profiles

In 2008 we began a series of short documentaries to showcase the talent of artist mainly living in Chicago. By 2013 we had completed 14 profiles and had begun to feature artist outside of the Chicago area. 

Inspired by the late Hillman Curtis 'Artist Series', The Profiles were created by filmmaker Gus Gavino in an attempt to marry the 2 things he loved: the arts & filmmaking. The Profiles weren't only to document and showcase friends work, but they were also a way to meet and learn from artist that inspired him.

This channel was created to archive and showcase the great work from the amazing people we were lucky enough to meet and spend time with.
